3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

Instructions
Preheat Grill: Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
Prepare Peaches: Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil.
Grill: Place peaches cut-side down and grill for 3–4 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches soften slightly. Remove and slice.
Make Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Salad: In a large bowl or platter, layer greens, grilled peach slices, red onion, cheese, and nuts.
Dress & Serve: Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
