Ingredients
For the Sliders
12 Hawaiian slider rolls or soft dinner rolls
12 slices deli turkey (or about 12 oz sliced turkey breast)
8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and halved
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese, cut in half
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce (add after cooking for freshness)
2 tbsp sliced green onions (optional)
Butter Topping
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp ranch seasoning powder
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Slider Base
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a cutting board or tray.
Spread the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard (if using). Spread half of the mixture over the bottom buns.
Layer the Fillings
Add half of the cheese slices first, then layer on the turkey evenly. Top with the cooked turkey bacon, remaining cheese, and green onions if using. Spread the remaining ranch mixture lightly on the inside of the top buns, then place them on top.
Add the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and black pepper. Brush generously over the tops of the sliders.
Air Fry the Sliders
Carefully place the assembled sliders into your air fryer basket or tray. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in 2 batches or use foil/parchment underneath for easier transfer.
Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 7–9 minutes, or until:
-
the tops are golden brown,
-
the cheese is fully melted,
-
and the sliders are heated through.
Tip: If the tops brown too quickly, loosely tent with foil for the last few minutes.
Finish and Serve
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for 2 minutes. Lift the tops slightly and add shredded lettuce if desired. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
Cooking Tips
- Use pre-cooked turkey bacon to save time and keep prep super quick.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer if your basket is small—cook in batches for even heating.
- Secure the tops with toothpicks if your rolls shift while transferring.
- Use foil or parchment sling for easier lifting in and out of the air fryer.
- Layer cheese on both sides of the meat to help everything hold together.
- Add lettuce after cooking so it stays crisp and fresh.
- Warm deli turkey slightly before layering if you want extra gooey melted cheese fast.
- Brush the tops generously for that buttery, bakery-style finish.
