Instructions
Make Dough
Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix and knead until smooth (about 5–7 minutes).
Rest Dough
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Shape Bites
Divide dough into ropes and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Prepare Baking Soda Bath
Bring water to a gentle boil and add baking soda. Dip pretzel bites for 20–30 seconds, then remove.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place bites in a single layer, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with salt.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
