Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon baking powder (for extra crispiness)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

Season:
In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and baking powder.

Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.

Cook Wings:
Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes.

Flip & Crisp:
Flip wings and cook another 10 minutes.

Final Crisp:
Increase temperature to 400°F and cook for 2 more minutes for extra crunch.

Make Lemon Butter Sauce:
Mix melted butter, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl.

Toss & Serve:
Transfer cooked wings to a bowl, toss with lemon butter sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
