1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
