1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender and lightly caramelized.
Finish & serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
