Instructions
Prep the Potatoes:
Wash and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
Season:
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add potatoes in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).

Add Parmesan:
