Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended!)
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix until glossy.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined air fryer-safe pan (7–8 inch pan works best).
Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes.
Check doneness with a toothpick (slightly moist crumbs = perfect!).
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
