Instructions
Steam or microwave the broccoli for about 2–3 minutes until just tender. Let it cool slightly, then chop finely and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. Mix the FillingIn a medium bowl combine:
chopped broccoli
cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs
egg
cream cheese
garlic powder
onion powder
salt and pepper
Mix until everything is well combined and holds together.
3. Form the BitesScoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into small balls or patties. Place them on a plate or tray.
4. Preheat the Air FryerPreheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
