Ingredients

2 cups fresh broccoli, finely chopped

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Prepare the Broccoli

Steam or microwave the broccoli for about 2–3 minutes until just tender. Let it cool slightly, then chop finely and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. Mix the Filling

In a medium bowl combine:

chopped broccoli

cheddar cheese

Parmesan cheese

breadcrumbs

egg

cream cheese

garlic powder

onion powder

salt and pepper

Mix until everything is well combined and holds together.

3. Form the Bites

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into small balls or patties. Place them on a plate or tray.

4. Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.

5. Cook the Bites

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the bites in a single layer and lightly spray the tops.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
