1 lb ground turkey (93% lean recommended)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 egg
2 tbsp milk or broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill over medium heat.
Cook burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest for 2 minutes before serving on buns or lettuce wraps.
