Instructions

Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes (crucial for preventing leaks).

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.

Dredge each stick in flour → egg → breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat egg + breadcrumbs.
