8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz lump crab meat, picked over
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheese, Old Bay, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, lemon juice, and green onions.
Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.
