Ingredients

3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl.

Mash with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on preference.

Stir in lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and garlic powder.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
