Ingredients
For the Bread Pudding
- 6 large cinnamon rolls (day-old preferred), cut into chunks
- 4 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- Pinch of salt
For the Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Prep the Dish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×13 baking dish depending on desired thickness. -
Layer the Cinnamon Roll Pieces
Place cinnamon roll chunks evenly in the prepared baking dish. -
Make the Custard
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth. -
Soak the Rolls
Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls. Gently press down so the rolls absorb the liquid. -
Bake
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. -
Make the Glaze
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. -
Serve
Drizzle warm glaze over the bread pudding. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
