Instructions

  1. Prep the Dish
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×13 baking dish depending on desired thickness.

  2. Layer the Cinnamon Roll Pieces
    Place cinnamon roll chunks evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  3. Make the Custard
    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.

  4. Soak the Rolls
    Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls. Gently press down so the rolls absorb the liquid.

  5. Bake
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

  6. Make the Glaze
    Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  7. Serve
    Drizzle warm glaze over the bread pudding. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.

Cooking Tips
