Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
4. Add Sour Cream and Mix-Ins:

Stir in sour cream until batter is smooth.
