Ingredients
1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
1/2 cup mini marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the pie crusts and cut each into 6 equal rectangles or circles.
Place chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs in the center of half the pastry pieces.
Top with remaining pastry pieces and seal edges using a fork.
Lightly brush the tops with melted butter if desired.
Place hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and puffed.
Cool for a few minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Cooking Tips
-
Don’t overfill the pies—marshmallows expand as they melt.
-
Seal edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
-
Cook in batches for even browning and best texture.
-
Let pies rest for 2–3 minutes before eating—the filling will be very hot.
Variations
-
Peanut Butter S’mores: Add a teaspoon of peanut butter to the filling.

-
Strawberry S’mores: Add a thin layer of strawberry jam for a fruity twist.
