1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Warm Tortillas:

Make Sauce (Optional):
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.

Assemble Tacos:
Fill tortillas with shrimp, add slaw, drizzle with sauce, garnish with cilantro, and squeeze fresh lime on top.

Notes

Cooking Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook shrimp in batches if needed.

  • Pat shrimp dry before seasoning for extra crispiness.

  • Use medium-large shrimp for the best texture.

Variations

  • Spicy Baja Style: Add cayenne pepper and top with chipotle crema.

  • Garlic Butter Shrimp Tacos: Toss shrimp with melted garlic butter after air frying.

  • Low-Carb Option: Serve shrimp in lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.

  • Tropical Twist: Add mango or pineapple salsa for a sweet-savory contrast.
