8 small corn or flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Lime wedges
Optional Creamy Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Season the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 7–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until pink and lightly crisped.
Warm Tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
Make Sauce (Optional):
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Assemble Tacos:
Fill tortillas with shrimp, add slaw, drizzle with sauce, garnish with cilantro, and squeeze fresh lime on top.
