Ingredients
Salmon Bites
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Honey Soy Glaze
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, for thicker glaze)
Optional Garnish
Sesame seeds
Sliced green onions
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Season Salmon: In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry: Arrange salmon in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
Make Glaze: While salmon cooks, combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a small saucepan. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry if a thicker glaze is desired.
Glaze & Serve: Toss hot salmon bites with the honey soy glaze. Garnish and serve immediately.
