Notes
Cooking Tips
-
Thickness matters: Use pork chops at least 1 inch thick to prevent drying out.
-
Don’t overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed for maximum crispiness.
-
Use a thermometer: Pork is perfectly juicy at 145°F, not overcooked.
-
Rest before slicing: This keeps the pork chops tender and moist.
Variations
-
Breaded Pork Chops: Coat pork chops in egg wash and seasoned breadcrumbs before air frying.
-
Spicy Version: Add cayenne pepper or chili powder for extra heat.
-
BBQ Pork Chops: Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
-
Parmesan Crusted: Mix grated parmesan with the seasoning blend for a crispy, cheesy crust.
